Welcome to Padhai 10X (https://padhai10x.in). This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase of our digital products, including our UPTET, CTET, and other teaching exam preparation courses.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our paid tiers (such as the Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans). By completing a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms laid out below.

1. Digital Goods and "No Refund" Policy

Padhai 10X provides purely digital products, including AI-animated video lectures, PDF notes, cheat sheets, and mock tests.

Because digital content is immediately accessible and can be downloaded or consumed the moment a purchase is made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or money-back guarantees once you have purchased and accessed a course.

Please review the free foundation course and all course details, syllabus, and tier benefits carefully before making a payment.
Dissatisfaction with the course material, inability to clear the exam, or a change of mind after purchase does not qualify for a refund.

2. Exceptions: Technical Errors and Duplicate Payments

We understand that technical glitches can happen during online transactions. We will issue a refund only under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course due to a network error or banking gateway glitch, we will refund the duplicate amount.
Payment Deducted but Access Not Granted: If your bank account is debited but you do not receive access to the course portal, please contact us immediately. We will either manually activate your account or refund the amount if the activation fails.

How to claim a technical refund:

You must report the duplicate payment or access issue within 48 hours of the transaction by emailing us at padhai10x@gmail.com with your payment receipt, order ID, and registered WhatsApp number.

Approved technical refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellation: Since our premium courses (like the 15-Day UPTET/CTET Crack Program) are one-time purchases and not recurring monthly subscriptions, there is no subscription to "cancel." Once you buy the course, you retain access to it according to the validity of your specific plan.
Account Deletion: You have the right to cancel or delete your Padhai 10X account at any time. However, deleting your account will permanently revoke your access to all purchased materials and community groups. No partial or full refunds will be issued for deleted accounts.

4. Course Validity and Access

Your access to the paid course materials will remain active for the duration specified in your purchased tier. Padhai 10X reserves the right to remove course access after the stated validity period expires or if a user is found violating our Terms and Conditions (such as sharing login details or pirating videos). In such cases of violation, the account will be immediately terminated without any refund.
