- Study Materials: PDF notes, mock tests, and cheat sheets are copyrighted materials. Sharing these files on public forums, other Telegram groups, or with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized distribution of our premium or free content will result in immediate account termination without a refund and potential legal action.
3. Account Security and Sharing
- When you register for a free or paid course, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your correct WhatsApp number.
- No Account Sharing: Your Padhai 10X account is for your individual use only. Sharing your login credentials, OTPs, or course access links with friends or other aspirants is strictly forbidden.
- We monitor concurrent logins and IP addresses. Suspicious activity may lead to an automated permanent ban.
If you purchase our paid courses, your payment is processed by secure, third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Instamojo). We do not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account details on our servers.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
- Pricing: Course prices (such as our Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers) are subject to change. Promotional discounts are valid only for the specified timeframe.
- Digital Goods Policy: Because our products are digital (video courses, PDFs, and immediate group access), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased and accessed, as the digital knowledge and materials are instantly consumed.
- In the event of duplicate payments caused by technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
5. Community Guidelines (WhatsApp & Telegram)
Access to our private WhatsApp communities and Telegram groups is a privilege. To maintain a healthy learning environment:
- Spamming, sending promotional links, or discussing irrelevant topics is not allowed.
- Harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior towards other students or admins will result in immediate removal from the group and course platform.
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
- Padhai 10X provides high-quality educational content, strategy, and preparation materials for teaching exams (CTET, UPTET, DSSSB). However, we do not guarantee exam clearance, job placement, or specific scores.
- Your success depends entirely on your own hard work, dedication, and application of the study materials.
